How bad an app can you write?!?!

Trying simply to order coffee is a nightmare on this app. It is SLOW and BUGGY. I like illy coffee but if you can’t even get a simple app allowing your customers to order coffee easily without jumping thru hoops, you are going to lose business. Please ask your team to try ordering coffee on your app.

This App is Trash

Completely unintuitive app. I am an illy monthly subscriber and tried to use a 20% off benefit from the app and it takes me to an italian language shop. This app is embarrassing. It’s performance is like Ferrari this season in Formula 1.

The is aweful

I have spoken to customer service agents multiple times about how slow the app is. Not only is it slow but it is overly busy. It keeps throwing up “sign up for email and “pop-ups even though I am already signed up and have been for years. The app is not at all intuitive. Check out is cumbersome. Mostly due to the app not being responsive to touch. Having to repeat the selections process is annoying at best. The lack of Developer response to customer feedback is insulting.
