Simply doesn’t work at all
All my customers visa expiration showed invalid date, even I tried enter again. Besides, one of my customer name is incorrect and I don’t see any option to modify it. And what’s more, I had posted a question to ask in app’s support, yet no one reply comment till today. Where can I get help?
The app worked okay the first time until it requested that a code be entered that was sent to my phone number. Ten attempts to input the “correct” code. Failed and was locked out of attempting anymore times. The following day, retried, but this time the app doesn’t allow a scan of my passport. “Please contact support” is what is then recommended. Contact for support is nowhere on the app. So frustrating...and supposedly user friendly. Get your facts straight!
It went pretty smoothly until the scanner. I have a shiny page so that could be a reason why it didn’t work as well. I had to scan it at least 10 times but not bad. So much easier than sending it in physically.
I just tried to set up an account and said my phone number is invalid and already in the system? What is happening Cambodia? Get your stuff together.
