Cuisinart Easy Connect for Android

You can’t go more than 10 feet from the grill or it will disconnect. What’s the point of paying for a “Bluetooth” grill if the app is garbage and does not stay connected. The whole point of the app is not to have to watch the grill yet if you’re within 10 foot you might as well just look at the grill. The app is absolutely pointless. Same thing with the temp probes. Waste of time fooling with the app. Grill is good, but I’ve had mine little over a year and the low auger sensor is constantly going off so I just left the grill on overnight out of pellets and the beeping finally stopped. Tried unplugging the sensor itself and it still goes off.

Grill is great; app is trash. Even if you could keep it connected, there no real reason to have it. Maybe 20 overall recipes on the app…none very impressive.

Won’t stay connected. Constantly having to resubmit WiFi & Password. Doesn’t connect when I’m outside of my WiFi….What’s even the point!?

Smoker is awesome, app will not stay connected, therefore can’t use all capabilities. Take the smoker back. Save yourself the headache and anger.

This app is one of the worst. I have a twin oaks dual function grill. Every time this app closes the blue tooth disconnects. I have to reconnect it every time I close out of it. This app will also ring at any point in time if you’re cooking. Whether it’s on silent or dnd it will ring!
