Doesn’t allow access to content

I created an account and signed in, however the app will not let me access literally any content. It also gives no clear information regarding how to fix this. The app is effectively useless with this problem.

Not working – is this app current?

My ACS login credentials do not allow access to C&E News articles in this app. (They do work with a regular web browser.) Was advised by ACS Member Services not to use this app.
