Tried app at first seemed good, however, that soon changed as the app became buggy and I played a free draft challenge and got them all right, yet did not get any percent coupon towards tickets. So, I would steer clear at all costs, especially since there are better DFS options like PrizePicks

They’ve run a few promos, and I haven’t gotten my prizes for the promos even after contacting customer support. Customer support also is generally nonexistent in that they don’t respond. Please don’t use this app, and if you have used it, file a chargeback. If they scam you, get your money back.

Ever since Vivid took over, this app (company) has continued to decline. Max bets have decreased from $500 per contest down to $150 per contest. Max entries per contest used to be unlimited, now they only allow 4 entries per contest. Very confusing business model. You would think a company would be in the business of making money, but limiting entries and betting amounts sounds absurd. It’s akin to going to Las Vegas and being told you can only play the $10 Blackjack table, and you only get to play 4 hands, then you have to try a different game like roulette.

This app wouldn’t let me verify that I was myself! Even after I set up my account and put my ssn!! I’ve sent the support team multiple emails and I got no help just a bot response with a link to a FAQ page! Deleted my account and the app. Waste of time and I know they know my ssn for no reason!

Love the app, haven’t had no troubles until recently it telling me I’m not allowed up deposit any money into my account. I’m hoping this issue can be resolved but other than that I have no complaints. I’ve made a good amount off the app which is the whole point of it so it works for me.
