Here’s What Should Change: - Add The Food Menu To The App. I Don’t Even Know What To Order. Very Surprised This Isn’t In The App - The Settings Tab Is Very Confusing & Unorganized. It Looks Outdated & Was Made Before 2010 - Have A Way To View Your Gift Card Balance & Credits. I Can Only See How Many Points I Have… - Have A Way To Be Able To Change Your Account Settings Through The App. I Don’t Feel Like I Am Signed Into One - The Home Screen Is Always Outdated With The Movies. For Example, When A Movie Has Already Been Released, It Still Says It’s Coming Soon. Not Sure Why This Is… - There Is No Way To Contact Support Through The App. This Was A Problem Recently For Me The App Is Just A Huge Disappointment, Hope They Have A HUGE Update Soon…
As a loyal customer to SMG I don’t find it reasonable to charge a booking fee when using their app. I would agree to a charge when its through a third party. Could also update the movie seats. They are already rundown.
