After accumulating 135,000 points, my account was deleted. Anytime I try to login it keep saying login failed. It was a 4 star for me until they deleted my account. I tried contacting them but it didn’t work. I guess it was deleted on a purpose
Toluna is a horrible website/app. I’ve been dedicated to taking surveys and they deactivated my account the first time for no reason. After getting it resolved they gave me my account back, and for a second time they locked me out of my account again. They said because I don’t follow their survey policy correctly, but I answer all surveys as truthfully as I can. This company is a complete scam for dedicated people who use their service. I wouldn’t trust them if I were you, don’t listen to what they say. I had over 96,000 points in my account from hours of answering surveys, and now that is all gone because they took away my account without any sort of warning. DONT USE THIS!!! Use another survey site and tell others about how HORRIBLE TOLUNA IS.
Its one of the best survey sites iv used. I use 4 or 5, and I make decent money, but this one is by far the best. Yes, you will be denied by surveys about half of the time, you wont fit the bill for every single one. And making money on here does take time and commitment. Thats standard for any survey site. However, toluna won't kick you out for 'incorrect' information, deny you credit for surveys, or ask for your stade id when you try to cashout. I had some issues cashing out, but the team helping with support tickets were quick to respond and helped solve the issue. If you have free time and patience, toluna will gain you money. My only complaint is the points system, every 25c is roughly 2,500 points, whereas on other survey sites its just 25, but thats a small detail. I would highly recommend.
App is either constantly giving error messages or gets stuck loading mid survey. Haven’t even been able to complete a survey.
I could be in a the middle of a survey and then it doesn’t work. I press next and it’s asking me to make sure I check off all the answers and they are all checked off. It’s honestly a waste of time. This was giving me issues on the website as well that is the reason I downloaded the app but it appears this site will continue to give issues.
