FreeStyle Libre 2 - US Reviews

    • Sensors are very inaccurate

The majority of my sensors had problems by falling off or being very very inaccurate. I won’t trust them again.

    • Bad sensors

Paid for the script I got and saw it was new app and sensors. First 2 sensors never worked. Wouldn’t read levels at all. Called customer care and they sent 2 new ones. Problem is still the same. Had new one on for a week now and has only read levels a few times. Old sensors read my levels no problem and never had a high reading. New ones are reading high 200s and low 300s. I haven’t changed anything I eat or drink since old sensors. You guys really need to fix the sensors they are horrible. Thank you

    • Very disappointed

I’m switching from the NutriSense program which uses the same sensor and the app isn’t great but is miles ahead of this. Last version of iOS known to work is several versions old? And the phone is the only interface available. This is for many a life-saving medical device. It is critical that the development be ahead of the OS release cycle. Google releases beta versions to developers for exactly this reason. Telling me to disable automatic updates (presumably because of this) is an unacceptable security risk. And why can I not change my measurement units? I have months of backlogged data in the worldwide accepted mmol/l format. Just because I live in the U.S. you automatically decide I only want mg/dL and don’t have an option or choice? It’s an easy enough conversation but why forced me to do it? Hopefully there is an alternative third party app that works better

    • My alarms won’t go off

My app says alarms unavailable because of signal loss. This sensor is less than a week old! The last sensor fell off my arm! There was hardly any glue/adhesive on the sensor. I had to replace it the next day with money that should have went to groceries!

    • Good but frustrating

First I had a hard time locating the keyboard to write down this review. Second the sensor goes off even when the readout is within normal set range. This is a real problem since it goes off inconvenient times like in a meeting with parents. I s there anyway to resolve this?
