Your app needs a serious fix! Unless I have wifi, the “download” to read in an airplane feature is worthless. Likewise, doesn’t work on data. Recommend fixing this bug because your students can’t actually get the studying they need to in order to prep for the dive unless they have wifi. It shuts down automatically otherwise. Waste of time. This happened on 2 of my iPads and phone. Extremely dissatisfied.
The main reason one would use this app is to be able to use PADI training materials offline. Sadly this function doesn’t work. Judging from other reviews, it hasn’t worked for a long time, if ever. When connected to WiFi, I logged in, then accessed my course, then downloaded it. The app works fine when connected to internet, but when not connected, it tells you you have to be connected to access the content, even when it is already downloaded. Too bad, it would have been really convenient.
The app keeps crashing on my iPhoneX. Never had this problem with the SSI app which works flawlessly.
App keeps kicking me out of the lessons while I’m reading the course material, tried many times to start again until it got too annoying, had to quit.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app multiple times. I have downloaded the content but still this app rests back to the main screen every 30 seconds. You can’t read or more importantly learn anything from this app.
