I don’t know if I’m the only one having an issue with this app but I can’t order ahead EVER. Timed or ASAP. There’s always an error in my cart, but then when I have to go to the store and order the same thing, there’s no issue with it going through. So I know they have the products. And if the location doesn’t allow mobile orders, which I know my location does, then don’t offer it on the app.
Have card saved to profile and still have to re enter info every time I check out. Every time I re enter my cc info as a new payment method at check out, I’ll check the box to save payment info for later.
Please fix this. I cannot login no matter how many times I try to reset my password. I used to love being able to quickly purchase a saved order and swing by to pick it up. I will switch to Smoothie King if I can’t access
Tried to order tonight but even though my credit card shows in my profile, it made me re-enter my info to order! Tried 2 times and it wouldn’t take it. If only there was an option to use Google Pay or Pay pal.
Ever since the update, I can’t log in. Can’t reset password since there is no email to reset password even though it keeps saying email sent. Second time lost rewards, first time when they completely switched to different app.
