CandyBongZ for Android

I recently got a light band from the Twice’s 5th anniversary box and I saw on the back of the box that you can connect it to Bluetooth and I downloaded the CandyBongZ app and whenever I first tried to connect it it just said what it does for it to connect so I turned the light band on and I tried it again and it thinks the light band isn’t mine and told me to hold it for 10 seconds before trying to connect it again and I tried multiple times but it didn’t work so then I looked at the help menu and it said for me to delete the light band from my Bluetooth but it wasn’t even there in the first place because it kept saying that it wasn’t mine and I tried looking it up on YouTube but I couldn’t find anything 🫤

Its not even letting me connect with the candybong. At least update the app a little bit so it works. It just looks like they uploaded the app and left it. This is why I dont like kpop companies sometimes.

The app doesn’t open. I turned off my phone, deleted the app multiple times, updated my phone and nothing worked. It keeps crashing! Help!!!

I’m going to the one in dallas and it still says the old tour 🥲 idk if it works bc When twice did the show in Korea all the light sticks were working and stuff sooo is that going to change😃BUT I give it 4 stars bc my light stick connects perfectly fine and quick I was scared bc all of the lightsicks sold out so I got mine on Amazon but it’s 100% real I did a whole checking 💀BUT PLEASEEEE UPDATE!!!!!!!!! (Ps.CANT WAIT ITS IN 5 DAYSSS) today is the day IT STILL SAYS THE OLD TOUR SO IM CHANGING MY RATING

Can you please update the seating and concert dates for the 2022 concerts? My concert is in New York City in a week! It’d be amazing if it would work for all of the Onces that have waited for so long to see Twice again
