Impossible to contact support

Have an error creating a new account for the first time, “email address is already in use” So I go to their website to get support. Which directs me to go to a discord that turns out to be completely empty except for a couple of announcement channels. Update 1: Messaged them yesterday across multiple platforms. No reply yet. Update 2. It’s been a week since my last update. Still no replies to any of my requests for support.

Looks good but buggy

I waited for this app to come out on PC a few years back and they promised flawless setup. But I've never once been able to get it to work without messing up. I wanna love it but can't. I always have it setup to use but then when I connect from another PC it's lagging hella hard from 500mbps(host) and 50mbps from the device I'm using. Always stutters and drops. And if that's not the problem there's always a host error. Like dashboard error or a glitch that crashes it. I was sad to hear they kinda dropped this to persue bigger things in which I'm happy for them but this thing just doesn't work as well as some people say.
