This app is useless
Yāall should really reach out to the stores before ordering anything. This app is pretty much useless unless youāre trying to see the menu. It says delivery BUT THE STORE DO NOT DELIVER. Says you can place and order BUT THE STORES DONāT RECEIVE TO ORDER EVER (because their stores are not ābig enoughā) Like JUST DONT USE IT UNLESS YOU JUST WANT THE MENU
Set my pick-up time for 10:15 AM. Didnāt get my order until 10:37. No response curbside, so I had to go through the drive through to pickup. Staffās response was an overly cheerful, āGee, thatās too bad.ā
Every time I arrive to a swig location I get 5+ notifications saying to pay with a QR code.
