Such a great service! Never disappoints!
The pediatrician was great but the app not so much. I will not be using again. Everything was smooth with virtual visit with Dr. I even received the visit summary stating that my daughters prescription was sent to Walgreens but Walgreens never received it. When I called the phone number for prescription issues, they said they couldn’t find my visit information. That it shows disconnected. That I needed to talk to customer support to make sure I wasn’t charged. Turns out they said I wouldn’t be charged because it doesn’t show anything about the visit. Nothing pulled up. That I would need to do another visit to get prescription. I’d rather go to urgent care instead because I don’t want to have this issue again.
Dr. Pankratz was very attentive and took her time going over my daughter’s symptoms. She was great and I highly recommend her and this app for televisit appointments. This is a great way to get immediate attention for non- emergency care without having to leave your house and sit in waiting rooms. Very convenient and I feel you get sane great quality care abs attention.
Dr. Johnson was so wonderful with my daughter and I. She really made us feel comfortable and she was so easy to understand. Such a pleasant personality. Thank you Dr. Johnson.
Wonderful experience. Definitely relieved to have this option as COVID-19 is on the rise and precautionary measures are unknown I am grateful to speak with and see a medical professional at my convenience. I’m definitely not freaking out anymore and it was great reassurance and confirmation that I was following the correct steps!!
