Did exactly what I needed. Decreased the size of a PDF from 9 mb to 1.2. All I had to do was drag and drop and it was done. Simple! Great app!

First it's great, but be careful because it does not tell you it overwrites your original file. Other than that, it is a life saver when you have to scan a PDF as image files or just have a plain YUGE document. Wow.
I've had this application on my computer for maybe a year now and when it works, its great! But more than half the time when I try to compress PDFs, it claims it has compressed them on the app, but the PDF info shows it is the same file size it was from before the app was used. Most times restarting my computer helps to make it work again and I can compress that same PDF, but lately its just completely stopped. Also, if the PDF is pretty big, Lightweight PDF becomes unresponsive and it quits unexpectedly. Reallyyyyyy wish they would fix this bug. I really need this for work.
I downloaded this to compress a 22MB PDF for emailing. Lightweight PDF had decent reviews and a good rating, so I tried it. I loaded the app, dropped the PDF on it and about a second later, I had a 1.5 MB PDF. WOW! A great tool that works fast. Similar performance on a few more PDF files. Highly recommended.
