1. A licensed, board-certified TimelyMD provider physician (MD), nurse practitioner (NP), or physician assistant (PA) review and discuss your symptoms, make a diagnosis, and develop your treatment plan.

2. If you want to share your records with a physician outside of TimelyMD, you can print or email your records, or call 866-846-3596 to have us send a copy of your TimelyMD records to your provider.

3. TimelyMD providers are licensed and able to prescribe certain medications as part of your care plan, if clinically appropriate.

4. The TimelyMD app provides convenient 24/7 access to licensed physicians and mental health counselors.

5. If you are a TimelyMD patient, your visit records will be saved as part of your medical records.

6. TimelyMD works with colleges and universities, healthcare institutions and other populations and individuals seeking immediate access to telehealth.

7. If your health concern cannot be addressed through TimelyMD, you may be directed to another location for care.

8. TimelyMD is not an online pharmacy and we cannot fill prescriptions.

9. If you are an Apple Health user you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit.

10. Use TimelyMD anytime, anywhere to address common conditions that can be safely and accurately diagnosed and treated online in a timely manner.
