Wry easy to use so far and no glitches
This app is constantly presenting errors, particularly when I try to "Find Care." I have to exit and restart the app only to face the same issue. It's been going on for the last 6 months
It’s hard to find certain info on the app for one (like paying a medical bill). I also consistently have trouble logging into the app and have to give up and use the website instead if I have my VPN running. Whether I try using facial recognition, sending a code through text or email, or answering security questions I cannot login if my VPN is on.
I can NEVER look up providers to see who is in-network. We’ve been using for almost a year and since our coverage is through my husbands employer, I haven’t been able to get the kids info to show up under my login (although we have set everything up, with help from customer service… many times!). Customer service is a joke, I am so so sooo done I am begging husband to totally switch insurance providers to get away from this “Sydney App”.
