Used to be good

The sign up and log in features have been broken for months. The app hadn’t been updated in a year. Gotta wonder if it’s even being maintained at all anymore.

Lost functionality

This app was very helpful, but in the last 2 months I haven’t been able to submit a request. It keeps saying “request create error.” I have logged out and deleted/reinstalled. I think they are needing to update this app.

Good when it works, but...

Can't submit any new cases for tree debris pick up. Gets to the very end and it says there's a problem submitting. Been like this for weeks. Also it would be nice if you didn't have to enter your contact info for every single request. The app has it on file.
