I wish they could set this app so I can only get notifications of flights from my preferred airports. Not from somewhere across the world. That’s not helpful.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE secret flying for deals. The service is easily 5 stars But the app is clunky and unintuitive. Trying to save/bookmark searches for specific locations is super convoluted and I’m not sure if what I believe I saved is ACTUALLY a saved search. The app is at best, 2 stars.
Very upset. I messaged them the day my subscription was renewing to cancel - because honestly- I checked all the deals they were sending and it’s the same prices you can find on Skyscanner or any other booking site - so, I messaged to cancel, and they did not, abs still charged me - then messaged me 2 days later that they don’t do refunds. Super upsetting, any legitimate and non-scamming service tells you before hand if they’ll charge your card, and then actually honor cancellations. I messaged them the same day the payment went out to refund right away and cancel- and nothing. I feel scammed and super upset by these shady shady dealings.
