Constantly receive Unsuccessful HTTP response message when trying to place an order through the mobile app. I can only order using a desktop device.

The app generally works except being impossible to order online. It’s fine if you want to redeem awards or scan your awards card. Otherwise there’s really no point to the app.

When I was about to check out I asked the cashier. “can redeem my free drink”then the cashier scanned my bar code. So I ave waited for my cappuccino while waiting for my free coffee. After iave waited for my cappuccino I asked where’s my free coffee the cashier said I have to wait 30 minutes for a free coffee “which she didn’t scan for my free drink”This app needs more work on its app

I barely use this app because I can’t do anything with it. It doesn’t acknowledge my purchases to get the reward points. I can’t add a wallet to my account to purchase online. It really just takes space up in your phone. Love the physical bakery, not so much this app.

I’m in NYC with several locations not too far. The app recognizes my building address but I can’t add my apartment number. When I add the number, it doesn’t recognize the address. When I try to edit the address, it says that the order will get erased and I have to start over. I tried to order on the website, same problem. The profile stores credit card information but not address and can’t use rewards. Slow and glitchy. Overall, sloppy.
