Nisus Writer Pro 3 for Android

Nisus Writer Pro is a powerful, flexible word processor that looks and feels like a true Android app. It is more powerful than Pages, including features like mail merge for letters, and easier to use and more Android-like than Word. Also, Nisus saves its documents in RTF, making compatibility a cinch for users of other word processors!

Crashed in less than a few minutes of use. Error log sent to support. Great program, but needs to be stable.

I had used Nisus back in the System 7 to 8 era and I loved it. There was always something about the user interface that makes the software easy. 20 years later and lots of frustration using MS Word, I have just purchased Nisus again. It is like meeting an old friend again. The user interface is so easy to create templates, to format the text and pictures. To type. To get stuffs done. The attention to detail is everywhere I think. The UI is great. It is truly a Android app. I don't remember how many years it has been since I bought a software coming with a 797 page PDF user guide! The user guide is easy to ready and find what I need. It is outstanding. That's how much they care of their users. It is a much buy I think.

This word processor not only has all the features I like in a professional word processor, it is also aesthetically pleasing to work with. Nicely done. No bugs encountered yet.

This provides a much more focused writing environment compard to the bloated Office suites, aided by features such as highlighting current line or paragraph. Nisus offer a great number of power user features that support large scale document editing work. My current favorite is the search -> show all -> copy match with sentence / copy match with paragraph. I had been completely ignoring Nisus for the last couple of decades, so therefore this is now the app of the year for me (2 months to go).
