Domino's Delivery Experience for Android

Every update claims that bugs are being fixed to improve the experience but every time it doesn’t seem to fix any issues at all. I’ve been using the app for 2 whole years and it’s one of my least favorite things about the job. So often I am just straight up not allowed to login even though my store ID, username, and password are all correct. Sometimes it refuses to let me log my written in tips. Sometimes it signs me out for no reason at all and I have to log back in. I’m tired of using this absolute piece of garbage app design. Domino’s is a multimillion dollar company. Hire a somewhat competent software team to fix the issues. Break the contract. Idk, idc. Do better.

I’m going to give domino’s a extra five star because I love using the app when it is to hot or any other reason because the domino’s pizza employee’s are really prompt and delivery is very awesome an prompt as well love you all

I am a driver for dominos and we use this app for our deliveries. Horrendous app filled with bugs, frequent crashes at least once a shift. Whoever developed this should be fired immediately and also whoever decided to force all dominos drivers to use this cancerous app. JUST FIX IT. I can’t believe just how incompetent the developers/management are. At the very least, Google themselves should remove this all from the App Store, it has frozen my Android completely a few times leading me to do a force restart. Also when I’m using this app it’ll mess with Bluetooth settings in my car

Signs me out and won’t let me back in. Combines prior day tips with current day tips so you don’t know how much you’re earning. On split payments, duplicates credit tip with cash tip which messes with taxes pulled from my check.

This app has the potential to be FANTASTIC- but it’s lacking in a variety of different aspectics. Tip tracking is a great concept, but not once since the app was launched has it worked. I can’t even manually log the tips in, it just constantly says “We can’t pull up the tip for this order.” It also randomly goes in and out of safe mode, even if my car is not moving. It also just sometimes will not load, and I have to restart the app, regardless of how good my service is. It has so much potential to be great, but it’s awful and annoying at best to use. All of my drivers have similar complaints, and it is hard to require usage of an app when all it does is waste time for my delivery experts.
