I love Roxberry and their smoothies!!! But their app is frustrating. 3/4 of the times the first page shows up and then when you push order or repeat order it just spins in circles and struggles to connect to the store. Most times it never does. Frustrating for people wanting to order ahead and have curbside pick up. Can someone fix this?
Haven’t been to Roxberry in a long time (none close to where I live). Stop in to get a smoothie. Still as good as ever. Going to make time for one more often.
I can’t make an order because it needs to send a code to my phone, but no matter how many times I tried (or changed numbers) it would never send.
Order from Roxberry at 9:25, but the app said that it would be ready around 9:45, and we were already there and there was no customers in Roxberry, so we thought we could check in early because there was no one there but no we couldn’t so we had to wait there for twenty minutes.
Excellent service from a gentleman who helped me with my first order and he was very helpful. Loved the smoothie!
