The facility is clean, the lifeguards are vigilant, and when rooms go on sale, the prices are great. My only critique would be that there’s too many splashy features in the baby area which makes it hard for the babies to play in the pool. If you observe the baby pool, most people in it avoid most of the pool because there’s too much splashing water. It’s cold and too stimulating for little babies. We would come more often if this wasn’t the case because we have three very young kids.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The water park was great with lots of lifeguards for safety. Our room was clean and love the wolf den. Everybody was great but there’s one employee that stood up and it was Cecilia from the ice cream shop.
Great service overall. Clean room. Disappointed no fitness room.
