Exploring Yoga Consistently for the first time

Adriene makes this journey doable. Her teachings are gentle, filled with mindfulness and information to take care of myself. She encourages awareness of my body, needs and being present. Every day is a sweet invitations to be strong, courageous, and kind to myself. I’m on my 17th month and keep coming to the mat with positive expectations.
