Used this app at the berryhill location and it wouldn’t work, took 4 loads of laundry and this app crashed multiple times and couldn’t get customer service… I wouldn’t waste my time on this app

Nice but expensive

I consider our complex here in The Bronx to be lucky to have laundry on our property, however, the cost to use these machines is outrageous. It cost $3.50 to use the dryers and $0.50 for an extra 10 minutes. In a place where elderly people live on a fixed income this isn’t okay.

First Time

Today was my first time at the Dubuque Iowa location. I was very fortunate that Kierra was there to help me use the machines the first time. I could not have done it without her. I love the “modern technology” of the machines and use of them. I will definitely be back!

Inconsistent

1st time using the app went fine. 2nd time not so great. Unfortunately wound up out of my last $10 due to some http error and now I can’t dry my laundry 😭

I purchase money sent on the app now the app said doesn’t find use or change password still say can’t find me when try to do new user says my number being used I’m very disappointed and mystery
