HATE THE UPDATE! Why log me out and not let me log in!

Can’t even login anymore. And if I try to go to website to login, the website wouldn’t load because it’s restricted where I currently am. Why would you log out users without their consent! You guys better fix this soon or I will have to switch to a different service. My 3 years contract is ending in 2 months anyway.

Problems- poor tech assist

Frequently have to disconnect from Surfshark VPN in order to allow webpages to load. When contacted tech support with all info; iOS version, etc. was sent instructions for WINDOWS on how to fix the problems. When a reply was sent again stating this was on Google devices and iOS systems was again directed via link to WINDOWS solution. When contacted again re being sent non iOS instructions was told to disable anti virus software. I was also informed it was past refund time! I wouldn’t recommend this VPN.

Didn’t work on my desktop.

Downloaded a movie torrent for my kids the other day and got hit with a copyright violation. The email said my IP address was flagged. Isn’t that the whole point of this thing, to prevent that? Anyway, lesson learned.
