Doesn't work.

Simply doesn't work. Can't log in, can't see account balance, can't add connector card. Support staff at COTA are all pleasant but can't do anything to rectify the many issues.

Confusing

I tried to use my c-pass once my employer gave me the info to enroll. I’m so confused by this app. I tried to use it once and it said insufficient funds. I thought this app gave free bus rides for downtown workers? So why would I need to add funds? And when I try to add money, it doesn’t give me the option to do so.
