Here I am with a masters plus post graduate work professional, who receives accolades from my superiors and colleagues for my excellent written communication skills and yet I struggle to find words to identify my own feelings. It walked me through the most elementary process that somehow I’ve made it this far in life without developing independently, but yet here we are. I take screenshots of it that I later use for journaling. The process has caused me to realize how important my feelings are, and therefore how important I am, which has been instrumental in developing a greater self-respect and in doing so has resulted in a happier life.
