Can’t even get through account creation

The app freezes every time

App does not open

If I could give 0 stars I would. The app is still not working, I’m not convinced it even exists anymore. It opens a blank blue screen and that’s it. From the reviews it looks like this has been an issue for years and they don’t care to fix it.

Terrible App needs a new developer

They need to hire a new app developer. I have an Android 13 Pro with everything updated and current and this app crashes before it even opens.

The app is an epic failure

I’ve had BCBS for the past decade. This app is entirely useless. The only thing that I’ve been able to use the app for is payments. It’s virtually impossible to get through to customer service. The broker listed on the app doesn’t exist and there is no way to ask questions, make changes to a policy or express concerns.
