BlueCare Anywhere for Android

This is my first online visit with a doctor and my visit was Great. He listened to me regarding my symptoms and recommended what to do to alleviate them.

So convenient, so efficient, and great care!

The app tells me it cannot contact my insurance company to verify my insurance… even though BCBS is my insurance. Tries to charge me for an uninsured visit, will not be using.

I've used several video chat apps to see doctors and they all have their quirks/glitches. I just used Blue Care Anywhere to see a doctor and it was SEAMLESS! I am highly impressed. The doctor was also great, competent. Every step of the app was smooth and signing up was easy. The app didn't glitch, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I was able to scroll through providers and see their experience level, a common feature for these kinds of apps but I think every doctor had written their own little intro/bio which was a nice personal touch. In the "waiting room" there was a video playing of a woman explaining what to expect during the video visit. Overall, I am very happy with my experience using the app and I am telling all my coworkers about it today!

I love this app, it rarely crashes and it makes connecting with a provider so much easier. I’ve gotten a lot of help through talk therapy and when I need a prescription filled for my chronic illness, I can find a doctor easily and don’t have to worry about the price or location of finding an urgent care. I also love that it gives you the price of the copay up front.
