Keyboard shortcuts do not work consistently. No configurable toggle keystroke options.

Almost Right

This app is almost what you need. Really missing the "pulse" animation on clicks, and there is no way to quickly toggle between cursor highlight types without going to the menu. Even setting up custom keyboard shortcuts doesn't work. Save your .99 for now.
