Didn’t say the restaurant wouldn’t get the order for 20 minutes. Didn’t say you couldn’t cancel. Out over $20 because I wouldn’t have been in the area to pick up the food when they finally sent the order to the restaurant. Not to mention the time to have it made Terrible design WILL NEVER USE AGIAN WILL NEVER GET ARBY’S again Would like to see a class action suit brought against for not allowing customers to cancel and then not refunding the money they stole
Arbys food taste like they have their own farm and garden. The food is so fresh and good EVERYTIME I go. I’m trying a new meal every time I go !
I just downloaded the app. I had to set up an account in order to see the menu and any deals. There was only one deal but the catch (besides setting up an account) was you have to but something else too. So I look at the menu and guess what? The only location near me was not accepting online orders. Well, I would like to see the price for some items before I drive in there - but the menu does not show ANY pricing. So essentially they don’t get my business until they get this turned around.
