This app is a dream come true, and I can’t imagine a better value. I had been a single person operation for years, but once the Covid vaccines came out and people started traveling after being cooped up for two years, I had more bookings than I could cover on my own. I’ve hired 6 different contractors this year, and I don’t know what I would do without Walkies. I can schedule appointments, assign them to different team members, see their work in real time, and see their notes and photos for the client. It has been awesome to have this reassurance that they are providing the same level of care as I do. And just like some of the other reviewers said, the customer support is amazing. I’m not sure when the developer actually sleeps! He’s across the ocean and still gets back to most of my questions within a few hours, no matter what time I send them. There are no cut-and-paste answers - it’s a real conversation. If it’s an issue with my account, he will find the booking and manually fix it. If there’s a bug in the app, he is literally releasing updates the next day. He’s even created a Discord channel where users can chat with each other and with him, so it’s like a whole community of support not just for using the app but for running our actual businesses. I can’t imagine ever using anything else.
You can’t do better than this app for making yourself look like a pro. The app that had thought of everything to make it easy on yourself and gives your clients peace of mind at the same time. Customer service is excellent and friendly. The developer is constantly trying to upgrade it and make it easier to use which is a little confusing till you learn the angles but once you get that down it will only become easier when the hiccups are addressed.
Make this like Wag! and Rover more please! As a professional pet caregiver with over 300+ 5 star reviews I can say with experience this app could be the best if it didn’t function off of subscription Wag! has the best system set up for easy viewing, Rover is simply bigger. Walkies could own it all thoooo…..!
