I paid my dollar now I can’t get it back and there are still ads and the app was no help to me how do I get my money

DELETING THIS APP!

You got my dollar. Now you’re gone. There are ads when you pay money for no ads. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app without being able to successfully remove the ad at the bottom of the screen. The app itself seems okay, not great, but when people pay to ditch the ads, the ads should be GONE.
