Love this app! Tried the free version and so many other EMDR apps, but this one is the best—simple and effective, and free! I just felt it was worth $2.99 to get rid of the ads. Other apps charged way more for way less. Felt better after one session, though I am only going to use it to reprocess positive cognitions, as I agree with those who recommend only reprocessing trauma with a licensed therapist. Oh, and that 1-star review seems really nit-picky and is missing all of the good of this app. The color setting does change a little, but not as dramatic as expected, but for all the good of this app, that’s such a minor feature, it doesn’t deserve a 1-star review. Makes me wonder if it’s a competitor company driving down the rating on purpose.
Go through setting parameters, ie color of moving object, and it will not change!
