Worst connection ever. Consistently inaccurate, does not update times properly, often I cannot even open the app. Disappointing app because the bus system is so great!
I feel it’s very unfair to rate this app because it refuses to work. I’d rather there be no app then to give me hope that there’s something when there’s nothing. It currently just sits on my phone un-used and likely just scrapping data. Must be why it refuses to load.
Ever since the update on this app it's been terrible for all the reasons already said in other reviews. I think the worst part is that the team who runs the app hasn't made it any better in the year since the update was put out. It worked great the old way, I don't know why they updated it in the first place.
The app was fine before all the updates, now it takes at LEAST 10 minutes to open the freaking app, which is counterproductive since most use the app the check where the bus is in reference to their stop. JUST UPDATE THE APP TO LOAD WITHIN A MINUTE, AT LEAST.
If I could give this app zero stars I would. It never loads with or without Wi-Fi causing students to be late to class. This app never tracks all the buses that are actually driving around so missing the bus happens frequently. The worst app ever but sadly the only thing we have to track our city transit.
