DC UNIVERSE INFINITE for Android

The best part of this app was the option to watch the DC shows that came in series and read the comics, now you can only read the comics that was imo a terrible decision my subscription is done.

I am paying money to have the app and my DC section won’t load it just locks up the app. Then I have to close the app each and every time. They seem very dismissive when I bring it up to customer service.

It’s a great app don’t get me wrong, I would give it a five star rating if it weren’t for one little problem, the search bar. It’s pretty much useless because it doesn’t give me what I search for. Dark Crisis is an ongoing series that I have wanted to read for the longest time, which was why I downloaded this app. But everytime I use the search bar to search for “Dark Crisis” it keeps giving me results like Infinite Crisis or Crisis on Infinite Earths, which was not what I searched for. Please fix

App(Mobile version) worked great until two months ago. Now when going to “My DC” to read books saved in library it takes several minutes, yes minutes, for page to load or at times crash. I’ve reached out to tech support whose suggestion is to delete and reinstall app. Not a great fix. I don’t believe this service will last in the long run given the lack of updates and attention it receives.

had been an early adopter of this application, having pre-purchased my membership at Comic-Con San Diego before the App was even released. I have used the App with very little issue. I was told in 2019 to use a VPN as I was serving in the US Military aboard. That worked without issue until June 2022. There was no update to the App. If you look at the reviews I’m the iOS App Store, many other experience the same issue I have experienced with not being able to download or stream comics. I feel I nor other users are listened to. During a 5 day period in mid June (19-23)I streamed/read 149 issues without incident. “Something” happened with the application and I lost functionality. The customer service reps do not acknowledge that. If you check my customer service communication history, in 2019-2020 I was recommended to use a vpn. It worked. There were no new disclaimers for lack of service coverage in May 2022 when my annual renewal was charged. I feel slighted and out of money with no answers for myself or the other users asking for answers in the iOS App Store. My recommendation is to read the recent reviews. Address those concerns. Fix the application. Thank you.
