Can’t get Volume to work

I have taken off and downloaded again and still can’t get the volume to work. No problems from other apps.

Can’t access offline

This doesn’t tell you that you can’t access this unless you are connected to the internet. I got this app bc my son loves Carl videos and we were going on a 5.5 hr flight and a few road trips. So much for planning. Such a bummer!
