Here we go again, another store that doesn’t deliver what’s available all the time to people who can walk into any location. As someone who can’t walk and relies on delivery services I enjoy the occasional order from 7-11. And when it works it works fine. But every 7-11 I know has Taquitos sitting up front 24 hours a day. The flavor I want, Monterey Jack, is usually there, but if not it’s just a few minutes away. But it’s now been 5 days where they’re not available. They’re advertising $1 deals yet you tap that and no items are shown, just the entire selection. What little there is. Newest issue: having to sign in every time the app launches. The whole point of apps is to sign in once and your device is good. Sure my login is saved but it’s yet another inconvenience for this “convenience” store.

Have never had to deal with such horrible customer service. The store constantly will not add my items to the order but still charge me for the full amount. Waste of time with this app.

I received the wrong amount of items and then was denied a refund even showing a picture proving I didn't receive the right amount of items.
