اواجه مشكله

اواجه مشكله من ناحية دخولي الى البرنامج لدي اشتراك ولاكن اذا دخلت على البرنامج يضهر لي في الشاشه التحميل ولا يفتح الواجهة المسلسلات وحذفت البرنامج اكثر من ثلاث مرات ولا ينفع اواجه المشكله بس على برنامج نور بلاي
