It won’t scan the pages from the book and just crashes when we try.
This product is horrible!!!! The app does not work. My daughter is in tears. When you open the app it asks for permission to your camera, then it goes into a seizure inducing flashing mode saying the activation code is expired. Crayola should not release products and not upkeep their apps. Their website is just as bad with none of the help links actually working.
This is great concept, but the app never works. Glitches every time I open it. Won’t take a scan of the artwork. Very disappointing!!
Crayola continues to release apps that are glitchy and just overall worthless. Tried this app on my kid’s Mobile and on my Android. It’ll show the buttons, then background and the how-to video but will not go on from there. Frustrating!
This app is crap and doesn’t work. My child is extremely disappointed.
