New update is the desk top version just on a phone. It is hard to read, difficult to filter questions. The last version was much better.
Used the app for couples years unfortunately I find it inaccurate and no merit on behavior nor service asking questions about service, product quality, and business in general is not what goes behind every aspect of running a business but unfortunately summarizing the consumer visits in few questions is not an accurate experience it’s a point of view so u til the app improve the questionnaire and be specific about certain area it will never get any business approval to indicating certain areas that need to be addressed

I am a Marriott user, I e always been able to log in with my EID and it redirects me … ever since the update it does not work. It has happened to my coworkers as well. No one is able to help so now I can not access on my phone at all
There is no options to enable notifications. Not even in my Android settings. I am not asked to enable notifications when I first download the app either. We use this app for work to read reviews from customers and i find it frustrating that I am not able to be notified when a new review comes in.
