Everyone thinks that’s odd. You’ll have the same agonizing conversations over and over. Most homeowners don’t go too far with the responsibilities but some are full time jobs which defeats the purpose of the service. This type of thing could change the way people choose to live out their younger years if there was some thought and more automation in the design

Sitters trashed my house, leaving drugs, dog urine, and dog poop all over. Trusted Housesitters has been an expensive nightmare to work with and despite purchasing insurance, are making me go through my own insurance. Several things damaged were small and things I highly doubt I’m getting reimbursed for. I have ample photo evidence, text messages from the new sitter I hired, messages from my landlord, and messages from my friend who kicked the sitters out. All in all it’s an expensive mess and I’ll be deleting my account. Adding: when it comes to their insurance I did supposedly qualify for, I was told a claim was filed. Three months later it turns out no claim was filed. One month later I followed up and there was a hold because of a question. Horrible, unethical company trying to make you forget what happened.

Opportunity for pet owners to travel without stress over beloved family members that can’t go. Opportunity for sitters to enjoy pets and different locations without owning a pet. Outstanding!

Their customer support service just amazing, like people there really help if yo have troubles with payment or settings etc! And the concept and experience are just so great! Love love it!!
