I’d give this 5/5 stars if I could just drag an asset onto the thread like I can in Asana. I have to start a text box, click the attachment, click upload from the computer, dig through my files. It’s exhausting when you are sending out a lot of separate images and videos for approvals. Fix that and it’s perfect.

This makes getting up feel like I’m a human being instead of a work slave. Huge impact on my work flow. It’s a tad too expensive IMO so if I had to say the negative, that would be it. The options for the schedule boards are great for keeping your team on task. They should reconsider the price and let Monday be the savior. That’s an actual business model that works immensely during a recession. Thanks for the creators, you have done business owners well. 🎉🎈✔️🔑❇️

The app is pretty easy to use and runs fairly well. I ran into some weird idiosyncrasies, for example I made a board on the app, deleted it, and made another board with the same name on the web. The app seemed confused and kept trying to open the deleted board until I closed the app and reopened it. The bigger issue for me is that there is a strange gap in parity between the app and the website for things that seem silly. For example: you can’t hide a column on the app, you can only “collapse” it. You can not use the app to edit automations as far as I can see, you are also more limited in what customizations you can make to views you add. For instance I added a Kanban view to my board in the app and I had to open the web version in order to change which column was being used to determine categories. Overall, the app is a good performing experience, but I wish it had more capability to make it realistic for me to work on boards from my phone and Mobile.

Monday has had a link to one of our boards down for 7 days and hasn’t been able to fix it. Think about providing critical information into a hosted system which you can’t back up locally and they can’t fix it when down. When they tell you it is with engineers in Israel and it still sits for 4 days (with no resolution in sight), there is little hope if all our data is compromised. It will be a company wide catastrophe. Is this the company you want to work with or is there a better alternative.

Monday is very helpful and easy to use, I love the app as well. I would definitely recommend it and I am giving you 5 stars. At the same time I would like to share my thoughts on things that can be improved. 1- First column is always a text type and you can’t delete it. This is the biggest minus of Monday for me. 2- I wanted to talk to the support team to help me solve issue with emails not appearing in projects. But I wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone and I left it as it is, for my business this issue is not so important. 3- If you want to have private boards you have to switch to the next level of subscription which is $80/month. Feels like that’s to much for that. Otherwise everything is great, thank you for creating this great platform! Best, June
