Cash grab pop-ups when I simply want to press order completely ruin this app.

The cookies are great, and I like the specials available through the app. However, I don’t always want only 6 of one cookie and 6 of another. Unfortunately, the app specials aren’t available in store, so I can’t customize my app order to fit my preferences for more than just two types of cookies. Very disappointing. I’ll probably start going to a shop that lets me customize my order this way through its app.

App is clunky and is a terrible experience for the user.

Ordering from app was fine enough, but if your app doesn’t have a tracking function, yet you state it does, please remedy the copy in the description of the app, as well as confirmation emails. I called customer service to see if there was something wrong with my app and if I needed to delete and download it again, but was told they can only see if the order is being processed or delivered.

Fantastic cookies but the app doesn’t actually start tracking until the last few minutes.Also if you are playing music on your phone and open the app it kills the music and vibe. I love tiffs treats but am excited for this app to reach its full potential 💕
