I’ve tried to use this app multiple times to be put on a wait list and it’s NEVER accurate. Often times it will say there is no wait and we end up waiting for 30 minutes. App is terrible and I don’t recommend wasting your time on it.

Downloaded the app and tried to get on the wait list. The app. showed no wait, showed up 10 minutes later and and was told there was a 20 - 30 minute wait.
I just installed the app after my son sent me an electronic gift card. I uploaded my son’s card then a second one that had about half the original amount. When I used the app to pay, it would only allow me to use one gift card but allowed me to use PayPal to take care of the remaining balance. That’s my only complaint, don’t understand why I couldn’t use the second gift card, makes no sense. The whole purpose of the app is to save the server time processing payments but if they won’t let you use two gift cards then I’ll dump the app.
I scanned the code on my bill and got the bill in the app. Then I tried to pay through the app using Google Pay. Didn’t work. It told me I needed to correct my address. This is not the first time I tried. I use several apps that take payment via Google Pay. When that feature first became available a few had that same problem. They all fixed it. Paying through the app is convenient but I will not be putting my credit card info into the app. It’s Google Pay or I won’t use it.
