Had to restart app, no storage now!
Basically only use this app because it comes with my protection/insurance plan for my phone. But no longer trust it. It is also very clunky, interface isn’t good. Thought it was fine as long as it saved my pictures. Well now it did something weird, resetting my backup. It deleted anything that was backed up but no longer on my phone. Means I need to backup pictures elsewhere now since this thing could fail at any moment.
Is the the app free of cost or does it charge my account I tryed removing my number I can’t ?😜but so far I love the app my only thing is it free or does it cost please help att
So disappointed, i uploaded all my photos to this junk and now they will not load. So i pretty much lost all my photos. You get what you pay for i guess. Free with the phone plan 🙄
I was going to pay for an app to help clean up photos and files. This app is easy to use! I love how they categorize the files for review. (I.e., duplicates, blurred picture, screenshots, etc.)
