Literally Unusable

I tried for 10 minutes and simply couldn’t figure out how to pay. When you check out it says you need to enter payment details, but there’s nowhere in the app to do so! So you literally cannot use the app to buy a sandwich. Seems like an important detail folks! Hopefully primo didn’t pay the invoice to app developers.

Good food, unusable app

This app is so incredibly unstable and unusable it would be quicker to code your own app and order off of that. Come on Primo, do better.

Crashes and hangs

I just installed the app today. When I go to the Rewards section, I put in my phone number and whether I select text message or phone call, all I see is a spinning circle that never stops. No text. No phone call. Just crash and hang.

Useless app

This app is completely useless. You literally cannot submit an order through it because the buttons disappear once you customize a sandwich and you can’t add it to cart. I tried for 15 minutes and then Google suggested Uber eats and Uber eats was $5 more for a sandwich. It’s already $30 for a sandwich as is. You have to use the website or just not place an order at all.
