Bought 3 jazzy passes for my family trip, but could only activate one. Frustrating to explain to the streetcar driver.
Was visiting NOLA for a 3 day weekend. Bought the 3-day jazzy pass on the app for myself (it was hard finding a place that sells physical RTA passes in town). App was easy to use and kept me logged in for the entire time. Highly recommend if you are wanting to utilize the public transport system in NOLA!
Why can’t I buy more than one Jazz Pass for one day? I have kids I need to get around town and it would be a lot easier for me to have all the passes I need for the day on one phone

The register page is white font on a light background. The page to view the names of the ferries and various bus lines? Black on a black background. It also crashed twice because I tried to add a single ferry to my favourites. Whoever designed this app should be ashamed. User friendliness should be a top-tier concern for an app that thousands of people need to use. You can’t even read half the pages.
